Founded in 2003 to address the needs of patients with the most neglected diseases, DNDi is a collaborative, patients’ needs-driven, not-for-profit drug R&D organization. Our work begins with our people: we aim to recruit people who both reflect and understand the diversity of needs and experiences of those we serve. Our staff of more than 200 dedicated people work together as a global team, from offices in Geneva, Cape Town, Kinshasa, Kuala Lumpur, Nairobi, New Delhi, New York, Rio de Janeiro, and Tokyo. We are regularly looking for talented individuals to join us in our efforts to develop safe, effective, and affordable treatments for diseases affecting some of the world’s poorest and most neglected communities.
DNDi offers attractive working conditions, a highly collaborative and dynamic work atmosphere, and shared values. We are committed to creating a work environment that values human dignity and equality; we strive to drive innovation, performance, and productivity by empowering our diverse workforce to use their unique skills, ideas, perspectives, and qualities every day; and we support staff in realizing their full potential by removing employment-related disadvantages and barriers to participation, including through flexible working arrangements. Right now, DNDi’s research teams are developing new treatments by working in every area of drug development: from drug discovery to conducting clinical trials in some of the remotest regions on Earth. We believe that the benefits of medical research should be available to all. We are contributing to saving thousands of people’s lives and improving those of millions more. We do it through our people, our scientific excellence, our innovative organizational model, and our spirit of entrepreneurship.
